- Learn about your legal rights in the workplace and employer legal obligations under Ontario law
- Support the mental health and well-being of women and gender-diverse individuals
- Promote allyship and collective advocacy for gender equity
- Develop inclusive policies, clear reporting systems, and equitable leadership pathways
