Newmarket Charitable Gaming Association is a not-for-profit association supporting other not-for-profit organizations in York Region, including CAYR Community Connections. We are honoured to be part of this important source of funding that helps us with our Drive to Care Program and Wellness & Life Skills Programing.
The rides to support groups or medical and other wellness appointments, the inclusion of being with peers and developing skills. These are opportunities and assistance we are able to provide thanks to Bingo.
When playing at Bingo World in Newmarket you are helping to provide essential resources simply by having a fun afternoon or evening. Settle in and play an enjoyable game in a friendly atmosphere, along with very accommodating staff and the presence of volunteers representing whichever organization is scheduled for a session at that time.
During these current times, the bingo hall (like many other places and people) has felt the impact of COVID and the various restrictions. The centre is unfortunately NOT open at the moment so please visit their website for the most up-to-date information. A game can be played virtually just as well as in-person. But regardless of hard times, the continued contributions and championship they offer to the community, to CAYR, has been truly a blessing.
