As of Tuesday March 24th, York Region Public Health has announced the temporary closure of sexual health clinics in York Region. This is in response to addressing COVID-19 and in ensuring staff and client safety during this period of social distancing.

The Sexual Health Information Line (1-800-361-5653) is still open from 9:30-4:30 each day to offer over-the-phone services and referrals.

At this time, individuals can still contact their family physicians/primary care physicians to get tested or there are a number of options outside of York Region that are still available.

The following clinics are still seeing client but in a reduced capacity. For each clinic, you must call ahead before visiting to book an appointment and to ensure that the clinic’s operating hours have not changed.

TORONTO

They also operate a walk in Sexual Health clinic with testing and treatment Monday 6-9pm 344 Bloor St West unit 401.

Please note that there are no clinics open in Durham Region at this time and the drop in clinics in Simcoe Muskoka are also temporarily closed.
